School Tours
Here at the Pioneer home museum, we too are actively working to instill a love of learning in the youth that pass through our doors. We love to work with educators of all grade levels to help you achieve your curricular goals within a tour at the museum. We will tailor the tour information and time to the needs of your class. If you are interested in any activities outside of the main tour please let us know and we would be happy to arrange them!
Additionally, all school tours are given at a discounted rate of $2.00 per person! We hope that this rate makes a visit more accessible for you and your students.

Lesson Plans and Activities

A bit of background information on the Victorian era for both the teacher and students as well as a list of pioneer games and how they are played. These games are great to use during museum visits with larger class groups where not all students are able to go through the museum at the same time.
