Guided tours are offered by our exceptional summer students throughout the summer. Generally, a guided tour lasts approximately an hour, with longer or shorter tours available depending on the age or individual interest(s) of the guest. The tour guides are here to answer any questions you may have regarding museum artifacts and ensure you have the best experience possible.



Personal Tours
We welcome individual guests or small groups to come enjoy a tour of our collection any time within hour museum hours. You are welcome to choose between a guided tour of the museum or a walk-through tour with one of our tour guides there to answer any questions you have.

Group Tours
For guests planning to visit the museum with a larger group (8 people or more), it is advisable to call a few days in advance to book your tour. This allows for staff to be prepared and ensure that you have the best experience possible.

School and
Day Camp Tours
The museum offers an invitation for schools and day camp groups to tour the museum. We aim to engage children, peak their interest in the local history through our displayed artifacts. Classes are broken into smaller groups to ensure everyone is able to see the artifacts and hear the tour guide.
As with our group tours, we ask that school and all day camp tours are booked ahead so we can ensure your visit is of the best quality.
